Thank you for selecting the Travel Outlook team to provide professional voice services for your property.

In order for us to get started helping you increase your revenue, we need a little information from you. And this is the best way to make sure it is available to the entire Travel Outlook team.

Please create your login below to get access to the Travel Outlook Client Portal. Once you complete the initial client and property details, you will receive a new link to access your personal portal page.

This resource is where our agents will find the information they need to answer questions and have access to make reservations for your property. The better the information entered here, the better our ability to provide accurate, profitable service for you.  Note that you can work on it gradually, saving your work and returning to complete it later, if needed, but Travel Outlook will not be able to start answering calls until your page is completed.

Once you have completed your initial build of the page, please contact our Client Service team at customercare@traveloutlook.com or on our website at https://traveloutlook.com/customer-care/.  They will audit the information provided and if needed, reply with any questions or additional information that would help our agents generate revenue for you.

Once the page is fully ready to go, we will send you a local phone number for your property and you can begin sending calls right away. Please know you can always make changes or updates at any time and they are reflected in real time to our agents. You will also receive a login for our AI-powered call recording system called Mosaic Voice AI.  This will provide access to recordings of all inbound and outbound calls to your assigned Travel Outlook team.  There are a host of AI-enabled feature to assist with this, including call summaries, tone tracking, advanced filters and keyword search capabilities.  If you have any questions about anything, please contact our IT department at IT@traveloutlook.com so we can assist.

Once we start servicing your guests, please know our Client Service team is at your disposal.  They can investigate potential guest issues, review upcoming promotions, communicate any needs directly to our agents and team leads, etc. There is no additional cost for this support so please reach out to them at anytime. As a reminder, they can be reached at customercare@traveloutlook.com to review any guest interaction with our team.

Our team is focused on providing the best possible sales and service experience for your guests. The more information you are able to provide, gives our team the best opportunity of ensuring our mutual success.  Also, if anything changes with the information you have added to the portal, please be sure to update it for our team so we can make sure we are providing the most accurate and up-to-date information for all of your callers.
