Thank you for selecting the Travel Outlook team to provide professional voice services for your property.
In order for us to get started helping you increase your revenue, we need a little information from you.
Please complete this portal with information about your property and policies. This resource is where our agents will find the information they need to answer questions and have the link to your website to book directly. Think of this document as your FAQ instead of a repeat of your website since that will also be available to them. The better the information entered here, the better our ability to provide accurate, profitable service for you. Note that you can work on it gradually, saving your work and returning to complete it later. Once you begin using the service, you can make changes or updates at any time and they are reflected in real time to our agents.
We will email you a phone number for you to use to forward your phone calls. You are in total control of when and how many calls you send us. Most of our clients have it set that the phone will ring to us if you are on the phone or not able to answer the call within a few rings. However, if it rings too many times on your end the guest may hang up before we answer.
Once we start servicing your guests, you have access to our customer care team. They can be reached at customercare@traveloutlook.com to review any guest interaction with our team.
Remember, we have no minimum call volume and there is no early cancellation penalty. Instead of a longer-term contract, we intend to prove our worth as a valuable resource for you. If we do that, a long-term contract is unnecessary.
